And how do you feel when you get sick suddenly?

Have you check your blood pressure,glucose and cholesterol level recently?

If you haven't do it yet , i suggest you check it at hospital, clinic or any necessary places that have that services.

And i saw a beautiful woman was smoking

It has been  long time since i haven't update my blog.Urm, yesterday is not count as blogging.It is just a list to update blog which I need or follow.

Now, it is about girl or woman.

I'm thinking why should woman or girl smoking? Do they so stress  a lots? Or they like to do something different?

By the way, it is not advisable to smoke.So do the guy.Let make our environment healthy without smoke.
